  My goodness what an awful experience. We had the misfortune to sit down with Jess at Flight Centre Southlands today. She was rude, arrogant, unhelpful and from the moment we sat down she made us feel that we were intruding. Told us we were lucky that she saw us since normally we should have made an appointment. As it was she was sitting by herself and there was no queue. What a disgrace!! Tomorrow we go to Helloworld.

  Angela has been amazing, her service impeccable. She found us amazing seats on all of our flights and worked hard to find convenient flights for us when one was cancelled last minute. Absolutely recommend!

  I emailed Angela on the 16th May asking for flight quotes and called her the next day to follow up. I received the quote on the 17th May in the evening which I thought was an adequate time frame to respond in. I reached out in the same email asking about additional information such as insurance etc and also the quote had the wrong return date. On the 18th May, I decided to go into the store expecting the service to be quicker and was greeted by Angela, who was having a lovely chat with a co-worker with no customers in store. When I asked if she had received my email, she said she did but she had been VERY busy all day.
  We sat down and discussed my queries and then I had asked whether she could make changes to the original quote. She said this would take a couple of days, however she will hold my original flight quote until the 21st May. On the 21st May, I still had not heard back from Angela, and had sent a follow up email to which I have still had no reply.
  
  Very disappointing service. During COVID - Flight Centre staff were desperate for work and now that you have your doors open, the feeling is that you can't be bothered catering for those who help keep you in a job. I won't be going back here and am happy to make use of other travel agents that welcome customers and their business.

  Shameful service!
  
  If you dont want to loose TIME, MONEY and get STRESSED run away from this place. Just both my ticket in seconds and $200 cheaper the same dates ...run away from this place.
